Tour of the system

Fezviro Schools runs a whole school in one place: students and families, classes and timetables, attendance, exams, fees, accounts, staff, payroll and campus services. Everything is used through a web browser — there is nothing to install.

How it is organised

  • Modules — each area of school work (Fees, Library, Transport…) is a module with its own screens. They are listed in the left menu.
  • Portals — every person signs in to a space made for their job. A teacher sees teaching tools; a parent sees only their own children.
  • School years — records belong to a school year. Switching the year at the top shows that year’s records.
  • Campuses — one school can run several campuses and filter lists by campus.

Each module has an Overview page and then one page per screen. A screen page says what the screen is for, how to reach it, shows a picture, explains its buttons, and walks through its form box by box.

In the system itself, the ? button next to each page title opens the matching page of this guide.
