Canteen wallets

What it is

Prepaid balances each pupil uses to buy canteen food.

Why it matters

Lets families top up once and avoid cash at the counter.

When to use it

Canteen staff set low-balance alerts, spending limits and any manual adjustments.

Administrator

How to get here

1. Sign in as Administrator (see Signing in).
2. In the left menu, click Canteen to open it.
3. Click Wallets.

What you see

• The list has these columns: Student, Status, Opened, Daily limit, Balance. Click a column name to sort by it.

Buttons on this screen

• Alert level — does what it says on the button.
• Overdraft — does what it says on the button.

Using the list

Type in the search box to find a row. Use filters to narrow the list. Click a row to open it. More in Lists.
