Step by step

Run monthly payroll

1. Set up Pay components, Salary grades and Salary structures once.
2. Assign structures to staff in Salary assignments.
3. Create the month’s Run; attendance and leave flow in, arrears and loan recoveries apply.
4. The principal approves; then generate the Bank file and publish payslips.

Where do staff see payslips?
