Fee rates

What it is

The hostel's charges for rooms, laundry and meals.

Why it matters

Makes every boarder billed by the same rates, with no guesswork.

When to use it

Administrators set rates; the finance team uses them for each boarder's fees.

How to get here

1. Sign in as Administrator (see Signing in).
2. In the left menu, click Hostel to open it.
3. Click Fee rates.

What you see

• The list has these columns: Fee head, Applies to, Amount, Actions. Click a column name to sort by it.

Buttons on this screen

• New rate — opens a form to add a new one. See Filling in the form below.

Using the list

Type in the search box to find a row. Use filters to narrow the list. Click a row to open it. More in Lists.
