The list of hostel buildings, with their floors, rooms and beds.

Why it matters

Gives one picture of where every boarder can be housed.

When to use it

Administrators set up each hostel and manage its rooms and beds.

How to get here

1. Sign in as Administrator (see Signing in).
2. In the left menu, click Hostel.

What you see

• The list has these columns: Name, Code, Type, Rooms, Beds, Status, Actions. Click a column name to sort by it.

Buttons on this screen

• New hostel — opens a form to add a new one. See Filling in the form below.

Using the list

Type in the search box to find a row. Use filters to narrow the list. Click a row to open it. More in Lists.
