Attendance analytics

What it is

Charts showing attendance patterns by class, weekday and subject.

Why it matters

Shows where and when absence happens, so the school can respond.

When to use it

Leaders and staff review trends to plan support and follow-up.

Administrator

How to get here

1. Sign in as Administrator (see Signing in).
2. In the left menu, click Attendance to open it.
3. Click Analytics.

What you see

• Sections on the page: Class heatmap, Weekday pattern, Trend.
• The list has these columns: Section, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28. Click a column name to sort by it.

Buttons on this screen

• All genders — does what it says on the button.
• 6 weeks — does what it says on the button.

Using the list

Type in the search box to find a row. Use filters to narrow the list. Click a row to open it. More in Lists.
