Warden duty roster

What it is

The shift timetable for wardens on duty.

Why it matters

Makes sure every night has a warden on watch.

When to use it

Administrators build the duty roster and wardens check their shifts.

How to get here

1. Sign in as Administrator (see Signing in).
2. In the left menu, click Hostel to open it.
3. Click Duty roster.

What you see

• The list has these columns: Date, Staff member, Shift, Starts, Ends, Lead, Actions. Click a column name to sort by it.

Buttons on this screen

• Add entry — opens a form to add a new one. See Filling in the form below.

Using the list

Type in the search box to find a row. Use filters to narrow the list. Click a row to open it. More in Lists.
