What it is
Behaviour patterns that have reached a set level and need action.
Why it matters
Makes sure repeated problems get a response instead of being missed.
When to use it
Pastoral staff review each escalation and decide the next step.
Who uses it
Administrator
How to get here
Section titled “How to get here”- Sign in as Administrator (see Signing in).
- In the left menu, click Behaviour to open it.
- Click Escalations.
