Staff meals

What it is

Meals staff take from the canteen, charged to their own account.

Why it matters

Keeps staff meal costs separate from pupils' money.

When to use it

Canteen staff record staff meals; the total goes to payroll at month end.

Administrator

How to get here

1. Sign in as Administrator (see Signing in).
2. In the left menu, click Canteen to open it.
3. Click Staff meals.

• The list has these columns: Staff member, Department, Meals in October 2026, Spent, To bill, Actions. Click a column name to sort by it.

Buttons on this screen

• Record a meal — opens a form to add a new one. See Filling in the form below.

Using the list

Type in the search box to find a row. Use filters to narrow the list. Click a row to open it. More in Lists.
