Canteen items

What it is

Everything the canteen sells, with prices and allergen tags.

Why it matters

Lets staff and parents see prices and allergens before anything is sold.

When to use it

Canteen staff add or update items; the menu and till share this list.

Who uses it

Administrator

How to get here

1. Sign in as Administrator (see Signing in).
2. In the left menu, click Canteen to open it.
3. Click Items.

What you see

• The list has these columns: Item, Code, Category, Diet, Allergens, Price, Status, Actions. Click a column name to sort by it.

Buttons on this screen

• New item — opens a form to add a new one. See Filling in the form below.

Using the list

Type in the search box to find a row. Use filters to narrow the list. Click a row to open it. More in Lists.

Opening a record

Click any row in the list to see everything about it on one page.
