Room fittings

What it is

A list of the furniture in each room, such as beds and desks.

Why it matters

Lets damage reports name the exact item that was broken.

When to use it

Hostel staff record fittings and mark any that are removed.

Who uses it

Administrator

How to get here

1. Sign in as Administrator (see Signing in).
2. In the left menu, click Hostel to open it.
3. Click Room fittings.

What you see

• The list has these columns: Fitting, Room, Condition, Placed, Removed, Actions. Click a column name to sort by it.

Buttons on this screen

• New fitting — opens a form to add a new one. See Filling in the form below.

Using the list

Type in the search box to find a row. Use filters to narrow the list. Click a row to open it. More in Lists.
