Private case records for pupils getting counselling support.

Keeps sensitive support confidential and tracks progress over time.

When to use it

Counsellors open cases, record sessions and refer on when needed.

How to get here

1. Sign in as Administrator (see Signing in).
2. In the left menu, click Behaviour to open it.
3. Click Counselling.

What you see

• The list has these columns: Student, Came from, Received, Opened, Status. Click a column name to sort by it.

Buttons on this screen

• Open a case — opens a form to add a new one. See Filling in the form below.

Using the list

Type in the search box to find a row. Use filters to narrow the list. Click a row to open it. More in Lists.
