Donor reports

What it is

Giving figures by fund, campaign and year, plus donor statements.

Why it matters

Shows which causes are working and which donors to thank or ask again.

When to use it

Fundraising staff and trustees review giving and send each donor a yearly statement.

Who uses it

Administrator

How to get here

1. Sign in as Administrator (see Signing in).
2. In the left menu, click Fundraising to open it.
3. Click Donor reports.

What you see

• Sections on the page: By fund.
• The list has these columns: Fund, Gifts, Donors, Raised. Click a column name to sort by it.

Buttons on this screen

• All donor statements — does what it says on the button.

Using the list

Type in the search box to find a row. Use filters to narrow the list. Click a row to open it. More in Lists.
