Mess subscriptions

What it is

Which boarders have signed up to which meal plan.

Why it matters

Keeps meal billing accurate and shows who is on what plan.

When to use it

Hostel staff add or end a boarder's subscription when plans change.

Who uses it

Administrator

How to get here

1. Sign in as Administrator (see Signing in).
2. In the left menu, click Hostel to open it.
3. Click Subscriptions.

What you see

• The list has these columns: Student, Mess plan, From, To, Actions. Click a column name to sort by it.

Buttons on this screen

• Start subscription — opens a form to add a new one. See Filling in the form below.

Using the list

Type in the search box to find a row. Use filters to narrow the list. Click a row to open it. More in Lists.
