Records of food thrown away or spoiled, with the reason.
Why it matters
Shows where money is lost so the kitchen can cut waste.
When to use it
Kitchen staff log wasted food daily; managers review it to plan better orders.

How to get here

- In the left menu, click Canteen to open it.
- Click Wastage.
