Cameras

What it is

A register of school cameras, where each is and where its recordings are kept.

Why it matters

Lets staff find the right footage quickly after an incident.

When to use it

Safety staff keep the camera list up to date and point to the recorder.

Administrator

How to get here

1. Sign in as Administrator (see Signing in).
2. In the left menu, click Safety to open it.
3. Click Cameras.

What you see

• The list has these columns: Camera, Where, Recorder reference, Incidents, Actions. Click a column name to sort by it.

Buttons on this screen

• New camera — opens a form to add a new one. See Filling in the form below.

Using the list

Type in the search box to find a row. Use filters to narrow the list. Click a row to open it. More in Lists.
