Annual plans

What it is

The school year plan for each subject, split into terms and units.

Why it matters

Keeps every class on a shared timeline across the year.

When to use it

Teachers and leaders plan the year and check it against what is taught.

Administrator

How to get here

1. Sign in as Administrator (see Signing in).
2. In the left menu, click Online Learning to open it.
3. Click Annual plans.

What you see

• The list has these columns: Plan, Subject and grade, Author, Updated, Actions. Click a column name to sort by it.

Buttons on this screen

• New annual plan — opens a form to add a new one. See Filling in the form below.

Using the list

Type in the search box to find a row. Use filters to narrow the list. Click a row to open it. More in Lists.

Opening a record

Click any row in the list to see everything about it on one page.
