Health access log

What it is

A record of who opened each health file and when.

Why it matters

Protects private medical information and shows who looked at it.

When to use it

Nurses and privacy leads review who has accessed sensitive health records.

Who uses it

Administrator

How to get here

1. Sign in as Administrator (see Signing in).
2. In the left menu, click Health to open it.
3. Click Access log.

What you see

• The list has these columns: When, Who, Record, How. Click a column name to sort by it.

Using the list

Type in the search box to find a row. Use filters to narrow the list. Click a row to open it. More in Lists.
