Marks windows

What it is

Controls for when teachers are allowed to enter marks.

Why it matters

Stops marks changing after results are due and keeps dates tidy.

When to use it

Staff open, close or reopen each marks window, with a reason for any reopen.

Who uses it

Administrator

How to get here

1. Sign in as Administrator (see Signing in).
2. In the left menu, click Exams to open it.
3. Click Marks windows.

What you see

• The list has these columns: Grade level, Subject, Status, Entered, Closes, Reopened, Actions. Click a column name to sort by it.

Buttons on this screen

• Open windows — does what it says on the button.

Using the list

Type in the search box to find a row. Use filters to narrow the list. Click a row to open it. More in Lists.
