What it is

Teams for sports, clubs and events, with their members.

Why it matters

Keeps team lists correct for fixtures and kit.

When to use it

Staff form teams and add pupils; fixtures then pick from the team.

Administrator

How to get here

1. Sign in as Administrator (see Signing in).
2. In the left menu, click Activities to open it.
3. Click Teams.

What you see

• The list has these columns: Team, Sport, Kind, Age group, Open to, Squad. Click a column name to sort by it.

Buttons on this screen

• New team — opens a form to add a new one. See Filling in the form below.

Using the list

Type in the search box to find a row. Use filters to narrow the list. Click a row to open it. More in Lists.
