Photo albums from school events and activities.

Why it matters

Shares memories with families, but only where consent allows.

When to use it

Staff upload photos to albums; consent rules decide who sees each picture.

How to get here

1. Sign in as Administrator (see Signing in).
2. In the left menu, click Activities to open it.
3. Click Photos.

What you see

Photos · click the picture to enlarge

• The list has these columns: Album, Taken, Audience, Consent, Photos, Actions. Click a column name to sort by it.

Buttons on this screen

• New album — opens a form to add a new one. See Filling in the form below.

Using the list

Type in the search box to find a row. Use filters to narrow the list. Click a row to open it. More in Lists.
