Mess plans

What it is

The meal packages a boarder can subscribe to.

Why it matters

Makes sure each boarder pays for the meals they actually eat.

When to use it

Administrators define plans; families subscribe through the hostel.

How to get here

1. Sign in as Administrator (see Signing in).
2. In the left menu, click Hostel to open it.
3. Click Mess plans.

What you see

• The list has these columns: Name, Code, Meal slots, Status, Actions. Click a column name to sort by it.

Buttons on this screen

• New mess plan — opens a form to add a new one. See Filling in the form below.

Using the list

Type in the search box to find a row. Use filters to narrow the list. Click a row to open it. More in Lists.

Opening a record

Click any row in the list to see everything about it on one page.
