Absence explanations

What it is

The queue of absence explanations waiting for a decision.

Why it matters

Makes sure every explanation gets a reply and a clear outcome.

When to use it

Staff accept or reject each explanation, and the register reflects it.

Administrator

How to get here

1. Sign in as Administrator (see Signing in).
2. In the left menu, click Attendance to open it.
3. Click Absence explanations.

• The list has these columns: Student, Date, Reason, Document, Status, Actions. Click a column name to sort by it.

Using the list

Type in the search box to find a row. Use filters to narrow the list. Click a row to open it. More in Lists.
