What it is
Standing gifts collected automatically on a set schedule.
Why it matters
Gives the school steady, predictable income from regular supporters.
When to use it
Staff set up each standing gift; collections then run without further action.
Who uses it
Administrator
How to get here
Section titled “How to get here”- Sign in as Administrator (see Signing in).
- In the left menu, click Fundraising to open it.
- Click Recurring gifts.

Buttons on this screen
Section titled “Buttons on this screen”- Start standing gift — opens a form to add a new one. See Filling in the form below.
