SMS gateway
What it is
The SMS sending services the school uses, with their current status.
Why it matters
Shows which sender is active and switches to a backup when one fails.
When to use it
Administrators check the senders are healthy and review any fallback events.

How to get here
Section titled “How to get here”- Sign in as Administrator (see Signing in).
- In the left menu, click Communication to open it.
- Click SMS gateway.
