What it is

A student's running account of charges, credits and balance.

Why it matters

Gives families a clear record of exactly what was charged and paid.

When to use it

Office staff share it with families or check a balance in the main currency.

Who uses it

Administrator

How to get here

1. Sign in as Administrator (see Signing in).
2. In the left menu, click Fees to open it.
3. Click Statements.
