Fee slabs

What it is

Bus fee bands set by distance from school.

Why it matters

Charges families fairly for how far their child travels.

When to use it

Administrators set the bands; finance uses them for each child's bus fee.

How to get here

1. Sign in as Administrator (see Signing in).
2. In the left menu, click Transport to open it.
3. Click Fee slabs.

What you see

• The list has these columns: Code, Name, Distance band, Monthly (two-way), Monthly (one-way), Actions. Click a column name to sort by it.

Buttons on this screen

• New slab — opens a form to add a new one. See Filling in the form below.

Using the list

Type in the search box to find a row. Use filters to narrow the list. Click a row to open it. More in Lists.
