Salary structures

What it is

Lists the pay items each staff salary is built from.

Why it matters

Shows exactly what each person on a structure is paid.

When to use it

Finance staff build structures from pay items, then assign staff to them.

Who uses it

Administrator

How to get here

1. Sign in as Administrator (see Signing in).
2. In the left menu, click Payroll to open it.
3. Click Salary structures.

What you see

• The list has these columns: Code, Name, In use from, Versions, Draft. Click a column name to sort by it.

Buttons on this screen

• New structure — opens a form to add a new one. See Filling in the form below.

Using the list

Type in the search box to find a row. Use filters to narrow the list. Click a row to open it. More in Lists.
