Roll calls

What it is

A phone-based check of who is in the hostel at set times.

Why it matters

Spots missing boarders quickly and gives a record for safety.

When to use it

Wardens take roll call at each set time and follow up on any absence.

Administrator

How to get here

1. Sign in as Administrator (see Signing in).
2. In the left menu, click Hostel to open it.
3. Click Roll calls.

• The list has these columns: Date, Hostel, Kind, Status, Boarders. Click a column name to sort by it.

Buttons on this screen

• Open roll call — does what it says on the button.

Using the list

Type in the search box to find a row. Use filters to narrow the list. Click a row to open it. More in Lists.

Opening a record

Click any row in the list to see everything about it on one page.
