Result comparison

What it is

A comparison of results across classes and against an earlier year.

Why it matters

Shows which groups improved and where teaching may need support.

When to use it

Leaders compare sections and teachers after results are published.

Who uses it

Administrator

How to get here

1. Sign in as Administrator (see Signing in).
2. In the left menu, click Exams to open it.
3. Click Result comparison.

What you see

• Sections on the page: By section, By teacher, How value added is worked out.
• The list has these columns: Section, Pupils, Average, Passing, Value added, Subject, Teacher. Click a column name to sort by it.

Buttons on this screen

• Results — does what it says on the button.

Using the list

Type in the search box to find a row. Use filters to narrow the list. Click a row to open it. More in Lists.
