Early warning

What it is

A list of students showing early signs of trouble.

Why it matters

Lets staff step in before attendance or grades slip too far.

When to use it

Pastoral staff review each flag, log interventions and track how students respond.

Who uses it

Administrator

How to get here

1. Sign in as Administrator (see Signing in).
2. In the left menu, click Reports to open it.
3. Click Early warning.

What you see

• The list has these columns: Pupil, Kind, Why, Flagged since, Status. Click a column name to sort by it.

Buttons on this screen

• Thresholds — does what it says on the button.

Using the list

Type in the search box to find a row. Use filters to narrow the list. Click a row to open it. More in Lists.
