What it is

Open houses and campus tours that families can book.

Why it matters

Lets prospective families see the school and gives staff a list to prepare for.

When to use it

Admissions staff set visit slots; families and staff see who is booked.

Administrator

How to get here

1. Sign in as Administrator (see Signing in).
2. In the left menu, click Admissions to open it.
3. Click Visits and tours.

What you see

• The list has these columns: Visit, Kind, Starts, Guide, Places taken, Status, Actions. Click a column name to sort by it.

Buttons on this screen

• New visit — opens a form to add a new one. See Filling in the form below.

Using the list

Type in the search box to find a row. Use filters to narrow the list. Click a row to open it. More in Lists.
