House captains

What it is

The pupils chosen to lead each house.

Why it matters

Gives every house clear leaders and a record of who holds each role.

When to use it

Staff appoint house captains each year and record any change.

Who uses it

Administrator

How to get here

1. Sign in as Administrator (see Signing in).
2. In the left menu, click Activities to open it.
3. Click House captains.

What you see

• The list has these columns: House, Pupil, Role, Appointed, Stood down, Actions. Click a column name to sort by it.

Buttons on this screen

• Appoint captain — does what it says on the button.

Using the list

Type in the search box to find a row. Use filters to narrow the list. Click a row to open it. More in Lists.
